One of the first websites I worked on for another person was bradrents.com - a local business primarily in the business of renting homes. The design hasn't changed much over the years - but it's working very well for the client and his customers. The site features a large number of pictures (using lightbox style image zooming), a sub-menu, and a form for users to sign up for a mailing list
